Sunshine Terrace

Sunshine Terrace is a transformative new mixed-use development proposed in the heart of Downtown Jamaica, Queens.  The project will replace underutilized retail buildings with a modern, fully electric, 40-story residential tower and approximately 500 affordable housing units.
