The Eve

Haussmann formed a joint venture with the landowner to develop The Eve, a 76-home residential building in Crown Heights. Completed in April 2025 and built pursuant to New York’s 421-a tax abatement program — providing long-term tax benefits while delivering affordable housing — the building rose in just fifteen months and is now fully leased at rents that set a new high-water mark for the neighborhood.
