Haussmann Development is developing a 260-unit, 11-story, 100% all-affordable housing project at 159-29 90th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens — squarely within the city’s Jamaica neighborhood rezoning, a transit-rich district prioritized for new housing. A ground lease with the local church will stabilize and sustain its operations; alongside that financial support, Haussmann will build a 14,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art new worship facility and partner with a local non-profit to provide social services for residents.
